Swing is only for the brave this Halloween
Adrenaline junkies can now experience thrills at new heights this Halloween as Wild Place Project’s giant swing gets higher, faster and even more scary.

To celebrate two years since the opening of Leap of Faith at Wild Place Project, visitors now have the chance to be winched up to 30ft (9.2m) in the air on the ‘3G power swing’ and experience gravity at three times the normal force.

In addition to the extreme swing, participants can also take part in six other exhilarating climbing challenges, including the new Hang Tough – which tests how long you can cling on to a hang bar 30ft up.

It also includes a 30ft high wire ladder and a totem pole with a choice of routes between a six metre high wall, graduating to a challenging 9.6 metre wall for the more daring.

Chris Ireson, who owns and operates Leap of Faith, said: “Since its opening two years ago, Leap of Faith has been hugely popular, with over 10,000 visitors last year alone. This year is  proving to be another great year and to celebrate we wanted to make the 3G power swing more exhilarating and challenging than ever.”

The 3G power swing can be experienced by two people at once and is suitable for ages five and upwards. Leap of Faith stands at 39ft (12m) tall and is suitable for all abilities.

Leap of Faith is open every day during the summer school holidays, Bank Holidays and weekends. Group packages are also available for corporate events, birthday parties, stag and hen parties and more. These are available daily by prior arrangement. To find out more, click here.
